For supply water heaters

  • Fuel type (gas, oil or both)
  • Supply water temperature
  • Required outlet temperature (flue gas)
  • Boiler pressure
  • Vapor volume

For economizers (steam boilers)

  • Fuel type (gas, oil or both)
  • Inlet temperature (flue gas and water)
  • Preferred outlet temperature (flue gas and water)
  • Design pressure

For economizers (hot water boilers)

  • Fuel type (gas, oil or both)
  • Inlet temperature (exhaust gas and water)
  • Desired outlet temperature (exhaust gas)
  • Boiler supply temperature
  • Design pressure of the boiler

Condensing heat exchangers

Cooling the exhaust gas below the dew point ensures complete condensation. Typically used in district heating applications where the flue gas does not contain residual Cl or SO(x), such as natural gas or LPG.

Supply water heaters

The supply water heater installed in front of the boiler greatly increases its efficiency. The return or feed water of a steam boiler is heated by boiler flue gas.

Benefit for customers:

  • Individually adapted construction that meets the needs and space in the room
  • Individually adapted modular heating surface
  • Selection of material that meets the operating conditions
  • Short delivery time
  • Easy access for cleaning and easy maintenance

Typical technical data:

  • Design pressure: 2 to 26 bar (g)
  • Water temperature: from 0 to 228 °C
  • Flue temperature: 0 to 350°C

If desired, the structure, connections, can be adapted to the device, simplifying the installation and reducing the space requirement.
