Ash removal systems
- The ThermalPro range includes dry or wet ash removal systems.
- Screw or chain conveyors are intended for removal of ash from furnaces, multicyclones, economizers, ESP and further removal of ash outside the boiler room into ash collection containers.
- Solid and durable ash collection containers (1-15 mᶟ) have integrated inspection hatches and ladders. All containers from 9 mᶟ have integrated leveling rods and motor-reducers.

Scraper ash conveyors
Scraper ash conveyor is a mechanism for transporting ash formed in the furnace or in smoke treatment facilities. Ashes from furnaces are transported to ash collection containers with the help of hydraulic ash removal systems or smoke cleaning systems conveyor.
Screw ash conveyors
Screw ash conveyor is a mechanism in which a rotating helical screw blade placed in a pipe is used to transport liquid or granular materials. In today's industry, this is an efficient way to transport materials such as wood chips or ash horizontally or with a slight incline.
Ash distributors
An ash distributor is a device used to direct the vertical (gravitational) flow of bulk material in one of two possible directions. Suitable materials: dry ash, wet ash. The device is controlled by an actuator or cylinder. The ash enters through the upper part of the housing and, depending on the position of the valve, exits through one of the two outlets at the bottom.
Ash dispensers
Ash dispenser is a device usually used in conjunction with smoke cleaning equipment. The ash dispenser acts as an ash removal seal in devices such as multicyclones or electrostatic precipitators. It periodically removes a small amount of ash with the help of an ash conveyor, transferring it to the ash container.
