Double wall steel chimneys are technically good because they are designed using a separate outer shell and insulated lining. In addition, depending on the composition and temperature of the exhaust gases, you can choose from different materials. This solution can be expanded to include more inserts with inputs from more boiler rooms. The outer shell of the chimney can be processed at the request of the customer.

This solution consists of double-walled stacks that can be connected to connecting platforms, etc. This allows for an architecturally good steel chimney solution, including many individual design options. Feel free to contact us to find out more or request a no-obligation quote.

Free-standing single-walled steel chimneys are commonly used as chimneys for ventilation systems and as towers for mounting antennas in the telecommunications industry. The choice of materials for these chimneys depends on the use and performance as well as the appearance desired by the customer.

Steel chimneys for gas turbines are large stacks that cannot be manufactured in whole sections, transported and installed in days like prefabricated "normal size" steel chimneys.

They are therefore manufactured and supplied as prefabricated panels that are bolted together or fully welded in place.

There is no exact size that separates a chimney from a prefabricated chimney or a panel chimney - it depends on where and how the chimney needs to be transported, so it is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Insulated steel liners are supplied for installation in existing or new brick or concrete chimneys or to replace existing steel liners in steel chimneys. ThermalPro can offer both installation of new inner liners and removal of existing liners. With this solution, an existing brick or concrete chimney can be made environmentally friendly.

The chimney itself does not make noise, but gas turbines, boilers, fans and engines can. ThermalPro can help combat and reduce noise, as long-term silencers can be easily installed in chimneys. Silencers are designed to meet noise control requirements - depending on the type of noise generated and the requirements, they are manufactured as round pylon silencers (reactive or absorbing), combination or baffle silencers.
