DEPA air operated diaphragm pumps have been designed for the smooth transfer of abrasive, solids and viscous media. Direct pneumatic drive means there is no need for electric motors, base plates and couplings. The compact and efficient design of the pumps is easy to transport, so they can be used flexibly on construction sites, in the mining industry, or stationary in various industries.
"Depa" diaphragm pumps
Designed and manufactured in Dusseldorf, Germany for over 40 years, DEPA® air operated double diaphragm pumps have long earned industry recognition for superior quality and innovative design. DEPA can offer a wide range of pumps to suit various applications, from standard pumps to specially designed products.
Casings in aluminum AL 233, ductile iron GGG 40 and stainless steel 316L are available so that the pumps can be individually adapted to the transfer tasks. Units are produced in five different sizes (types), with connections DN 15 - DN 80, which corresponds to R ½" - R 3". All pumps are delivered ready for operation and need only be connected to the main air supply system.

Pumps made of metals often do not have the required chemical resistance to corrosive media. In order to meet such corrosion resistance requirements, DEPA has developed air operated pumps made of polypropylene, PVDF or PTFE. Various materials are available for housing, diaphragms, valve seats and valve balls, allowing the pumps to be customized. The pumps are produced in 5 or 7 different sizes (types) with connecting flanges according to DIN, ANSI and JIS.
