The FERRET pipe cleaner is a convenient and easy-to-use tool for cleaning horizontal and vertical pipes. FERRET has a pneumatic drive, so the cleaning time is significantly reduced. The back-and-forth vibrating brush automatically propels the machine forward for excellent cleaning results while using little air. About 0.5 m working area in front of the boiler is more than enough. With the FERRET device, you can clean pipes at a temperature of up to 150 °C. Thanks to the special accessories of the vacuum cleaner, the work can be done practically without dust. There are four types of Ferret units for pipe diameters from 27 mm to 450 mm.
FERRET boiler pipe cleaning equipment
Pipes in large volume water boilers, economizers need to be cleaned regularly. By thoroughly cleaning the inside of the pipes, combustion residues are removed and at the same time the efficiency of the boiler is increased. Boiler operators and industrial service providers have been using FERRET pipe cleaning equipment for many years. It is easy to control, so the cleaning time is significantly reduced. The Ferret device moves through the pipes by itself without pushing or pulling the hose. So, soot removal is just moving the device from pipe to pipe. The speed of the machine can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the air pressure. A very powerful cleaning effect is achieved not by rotation, but by high-frequency vibrations, i.e., repeated forward and backward movements. At an air pressure of about 5.6 bar, the power is 736 W, i.e. one horse power (Ferret 150 RH). With this power, each pipe is cleaned from one end to the other.
Ferret 90 suitable for small boilers with pipe diameters from 27.0 to 34.0 mm.
Ferret 150 RH - a comprehensive solution. Large working range - pipe diameter from 42.0 to 150.0 mm.

The brush vibrates at a frequency of 32 strokes per second, and the speed of movement, depending on the diameter of the pipe and the type of contamination, is 15-50 m/min. The choice of brush depends on the thickness of the fuel and deposits. This determines the speed of operation of the cleaning machine and the resulting effect. The service life of the brushes is about 800-1000 m of cleaned pipe, depending on the type and amount of contamination. WIBROX® standard brushes are available for internal diameters from 25 to 210 mm. Specially made brushes can be supplied on request.
