Vertical water heating boilers

Boilers are the main element of any boiler room. A boiler is a closed vessel in which water or heating oil is stored/circulated. Hot flue gases are produced when fuel is burned in a furnace. These gases come into contact with the pipes inside the boiler, where heat is transferred to water or thermal oil. In this process, water is heated or converted into saturated or superheated steam and the thermal oil is heated. Boilers can be used in urban heating and hot water preparation systems, material drying systems, on farms, in greenhouses, in the electric power industry and in other various industrial fields.

ThermalPro offers vertical water heating boilers from 750 kW to 14 MW (in one unit).
Vertical water heating boilers work as a set together with the moving grates front furnaces.
These boilers are intended for heating water in forced circulation heating systems of apartment buildings or industrial premises.
The maximum working water temperature in boilers of standard design is 150 °C.
Maximum working pressure up to 16 bar.
The use of automatic flue cleaning systems is strongly recommended. Such systems extend the service life of the boiler and improve technical and efficiency parameters.
High strength of boiler elements.
Water heating boilers are insulated with stone wool and covered with aluminum tin.
The amount of smoke vapor meets ecological requirements.
