Operating principle

These heat pumps can use heat from refrigeration plants, chemical and steel plants, hot water above 90°C, steam and various industrial exhaust gases above 280°C. All this can meet the needs of the surrounding buildings.

An endothermic heat pump with a heat source (steam, hot water, flue gas, gas) as the driving force of the absorption process, lithium bromide solution as an absorbent and water as a coolant, allows recirculation of temperatures above 15 degrees, thus meeting hot water needs (up to 90 °C) and ensuring heat transfer from cold to warm.

Our units can cool, heat and produce hot water. The combined cooling and heating efficiency COP is 2.3 and more, only heating COP is up to 1.8.

Use of heat pumps

  • For thermal power plants using water cooling
  • Heat from sewage systems
  • Utilization of surface water heat
  • Use of geothermal energy

The devices can be designed individually, taking into account the wishes of the customers. One device can meet the heating needs of 30-400 thousand square meters.

Use in thermal power plants

Using water from the primary heat network as driving energy, based on the heating quality assurance of the secondary heat network, the temperature of the return water of the primary heat network is reduced to below 30 ℃.

It can increase the thermal power of a cogeneration plant by 30%, reduce energy costs by 40%, and increase the power of the existing heat network by 80%.
